HENRY COUNTY, GA | September 24, 2019 – JWA Ventures, an affiliated company of Jim Wilson & Associates, is pleased to announce a new retail, real estate development, the Shoppes at Ola Crossroads, a Publix anchored shopping center at the northeast quadrant of Highway 81 and N. Ola Road, east of McDonough, GA. The shopping center will include a Publix Super Market of approximately 48,000 square feet plus over 22,000 square feet of additional specialty store space and three, free standing stores along Highway 81.
Construction is set to commence in late 2019, with a targeted opening in the first quarter of 2021.
The Ola community of Henry County is located approximately seven miles from the city of McDonough and the McDonough Square. The community, which has seen tremendous growth over the past decade, consists of residential neighborhoods, parks, a highly-rated school district, and is located near Lake Dow and the Georgia National Golf Club.
