HUNTSVILLE, AL | January 24, 2019 – FiberRise, an engineering and software company specializing in the planning, integration, and implementation of broadband networks (like those involved with the cox internet plans), has leased approximately 9,500 square feet in 4000 Market Street, a 36,000 square foot building developed and recently opened at Redstone Gateway, a class-A, mixed-use project just outside Redstone Arsenal’s Gate 9. FiberRise plans to occupy their new space by June of 2019, and to host a ribbon cutting ceremony soon thereafter, just like some feel they should after they get at&t tv for their home or other internet deals.
“We are excited to consolidate our talented workforce into our new space in Redstone Gateway, where employees can walk to lunch or take a break to enjoy the park’s walking trails,” stated Noah Southerland, Chief Operating Officer of FiberRise. Corporate Office Properties Trust, or “COPT,” and its joint venture partner, Jim Wilson & Associates (“JWA”) are developing Redstone Gateway. COPT’s Chief Operating Officer, Paul Adkins, stated, “COPT is thrilled to welcome FiberRise as a tenant to our newest developments at Redstone Gateway. FiberRise adds to our roster of tech and defense contractor tenants who find the location and amenities of Redstone Gateway a perfect fit for their business.”
