COLLIERVILLE, TN  |  October 11, 2022 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC announces the signing of four new leases totaling over 30,000 square feet at Carriage Crossing MarketPlace on East Shirley Drive in Collierville, Tennessee.  Joining the current tenants will be Something Special, 901 Furniture, Little Blessings, and 901 Mattress. Little Blessings, a daycare facility, opened at the beginning of October. Something Special, a furniture outlet, is scheduled to open in November. 901 Furniture and 901 Mattress are slated to open January 2023. HUNTSVILLE, AL  |  October 4, 2022 – Integration Innovation Inc., better known as i3, has moved into its Huntsville headquarters in Redstone Gateway.

Convenient to Redstone Arsenal Gate 9, the company said its location is central to the city’s technology hub and better accommodates its customer and employee growth. i3 became a 100% employee-owned company last year.

HUNTSVILLE, AL  |  September 14, 2022 – The Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) has announced the construction of a new 5-story, 131,000 square foot office building at Huntsville’s Redstone Gateway.

COPT, a privately traded real estate company, partnered with the Montgomery-based Jim Wilson & Associates (JWA) to undertake the further development of the area to meet the needs of contractors working for the Federal Government. The new building, which will be located at 8100 Rideout Road, will be next to the two-building campus of defense titan Northrop Grumman.

Core Companies is a privately owned U.S. based real estate development, management, brokerage, and title company specializing in the single-family homebuilding industry.

Prominence Homes, a division of Core Companies, will work directly with Jim Wilson & Associates and Prier Construction for the build out and transformation of the 17^th floor space with a projected completion first quarter of 2023.
