Anita Carter serves as Vice President of Residential Development and Marketing. In this position Ms. Carter is responsible for the development, sales, marketing and daily operations of the company’s residential real estate projects. Ms. Carter, is also responsible for implementing marketing strategies across the JWA portfolio. She provides support on a wide variety of services from creating brand awareness, social media management, public relations and event coordination. Ms. Carter has over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry and has managed and marketed a variety of retail, commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the Southeast. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Auburn University Montgomery and Masters in Business Administration from Troy University. She earned an Alabama Real Estate Broker License in 2011 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
