THACKERVILLE, OK  |  May 18, 2022 – A&W Enterprises, LLC, an affiliate of Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of 162-game expansion at WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma. This expansion strengthens their relationship with the Chickasaw Nation tribe, giving A&W Enterprises a total of 617 games located in the WinStar World Casino and Resort and over 1,050 games total with the Chickasaw Nation.

HUNTSVILLE, AL  |  April 5, 2022 – Corporate Office Properties Trust announced yesterday that Guidehouse would be added to the list of tenants at Huntsville’s Redstone Gateway development.

Guidehouse, a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial clients, signed a 10,000 SF lease at the 8000 Rideout Road development. This office will primarily support clients from the Department of Defense, as well as other national security and federal law enforcement entities.

With over 12,000 employees and 50 locations globally, Guidehouse became the newest of impactful tenants at the Redstone Gateway. COPT, who manages the Redstone Gateway development tenants, announced that Guidehouse brought the development to right around 89% capacity.

MONTGOMERY, AL | April 4, 2022 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC announces the completion of an 11,000 square feet long term lease with General Services Administration for Sterling Centre in Montgomery, Alabama.  J.H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. is the leasing agent for Sterling Centre.  Sterling Centre is managed by Jim Wilson & Associates.

MONTGOMERY, AL | March 29, 2022 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) is pleased to announce the promotions of Ronald C. Brown to Executive Vice President and Alan Reeves to Vice President of Finance.

Mr.  Brown will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer for Jim Wilson & Associates and will be responsible for investment and asset management, accessing capital markets, investor relations and evaluating new business opportunities for JWA.  Mr. Brown has completed capital transactions in excess of $2 billion since joining JWA, including equity raises, debt originations, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining JWA, Mr. Brown was in corporate development for The Weather Channel Companies and VP-Finance/Corporate Operations for a publicly traded internet consulting firm.  Mr. Brown began his career in real estate taxation and consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Washington & Lee University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Reeves will oversee the financial planning and analysis for Jim Wilson & Associates and participates in the management operations of a number of JWA investments, most notably A&W Enterprises.  Alan joined JWA from BSR Trust where he was an Acquisitions and Development Analyst after beginning his career at TSYS (now Global Payments) in Atlanta, Georgia.  Alan received both his Bachelor of Science in Management and Masters of Business Administration from Troy University.
