The 68,000 square foot Tobesofkee Crossing shopping venue includes Publix in over 48,000 square feet plus additional retail space of about 20,000 square feet. Sites for two free standing buildings along Thomaston Road are also available for development. Construction of Tobesofkee Crossing is set to commence in the second quarter of 2019, with a targeted opening date in the second quarter of 2020.
