MONTGOMERY, AL | August 31, 2026 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) announces the sale of a 2.65 acre hotel development site located on Berryhill Road within Eastchase in Montgomery, Alabama, to Peachtree Group, an Atlanta, Georgia-based investment and development company.
The transaction closed in July 2026. JWA represented the seller in the transaction. Peachtree Group was not represented by a broker.

The property is planned for the development of a four-story, 117 room, nationally branded hotel. The project is currently in the planning stages, and a construction start date has not yet been determined. The addition of a new hotel along Berryhill Road will further strengthen Eastchase’s growing mix of retail, dining, hospitality, and commercial offerings while providing additional accommodations for visitors to East Montgomery.
