BILOXI, MS | August 29, 2018 – Edgewater Mall and its leasing and management company, Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC, announces another new project development for Edgewater Mall. Located at the west Eisenhower Drive entrance to Edgewater Mall, the free-standing building will be home to three new stores. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2018 with the shopping venue completed and new stores opening in the third quarter of 2019.
Leading the project will be a 2,500 square foot Brick & Spoon restaurant, a southern style breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant known for its sophisticated, yet casual, atmosphere. Other additional merchants for the three store project will be announced in the near future. This project adds to the addition to Edgewater Mall of Premier Cinemas and Sky Zone, both currently under construction.
Today’s announcement marks the completion of the lease between Edgewater Mall and Brick & Spoon. “Brick & Spoon will be a great, new restaurant experience for the Biloxi area,” said Terry Powell, General Manager at Edgewater, “and we are all looking forward to the completion of this new project, led by Brick & Spoon.”
