William will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, site selection, acquisitions, leasing, and net lease development for JWA’s commercial property division.

Before joining JWA, William gained valuable experience as a Market Associate in the Fort Worth Industrial Division at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he was responsible for leasing over 1.6 million square feet of industrial space. His work also included market intelligence, assisting brokers with leasing transactions, owner communications, and strategic business development for third-party assignments.

HUNTSVILLE, AL  |  June 26, 2024 – Redstone Arsenal and its relationship with surrounding communities has drawn international curiosity.

South Korea’s largest news organization, the Korean Broadcasting System, visited the community in late May to convey to a South Korean audience how a military installation and its surrounding cities can grow in a complimentary manner.

“That has not been the case in South Korea,” said Soobong Seong, who coordinated and translated for the two-man Korean news team.

Seong said the documentary-style report showcased the Huntsville-Redstone success story, then showed the stark contrast with South Korean military bases and their surrounding communities.

MONTGOMERY, AL  |  May 2, 2024 – Meta, Facebook’s parent company, today announced an $800 million data center to be built in Montgomery.

The 715,000-square-foot facility off I-65 will bring 100 jobs to the city.

”Each day, millions of people around the world use Meta’s products, and the next-generation Alabama data center in Montgomery will soon help keep the company’s popular platforms running smoothly,” Gov. Kay Ivey said at a news conference. “Meta is putting down roots in another great location in Sweet Home Alabama, and we’re committed to helping the company grow and prosper here.”

Meta already has a $1.5 billion data center in Huntsville.
