Beignets & Brew, a New Orleans-style beignets and specialty coffee company, is coming to the mixed-use facility next month.
The Destin, Fla.-based business will offer walk-up and drive-thru services, and feature a variety of beignets, coffee drinks, and breakfast sandwiches.
“Beignets & Brew introduces an irresistible pleasure of hot, fresh beignets paired with specialty coffee,” said Bailey Lauren, vice president of Beignets & Brew. “We look forward to creating a welcoming environment where locals can gather, connect, and savor the simple pleasures of life together.”
Beignets & Brew will be in the shipping container storefront at the front of Redstone Gateway with convenient access to Gate 9.
“Redstone Gateway is excited about this new-to-market concept,” James Lomax, vice president of Asset Management & Leasing at COPT Defense Properties. “Travelers into Gate 9 will be able to enjoy hot beignets and coffee creations, while the employees at Redstone Gateway will be able to grab a midday treat.

This is the first location for Beignets & Brew outside of Destin. The company is expanding to eight more cities this year.
