MONTGOMERY, AL | NOV 12, 2007 – Jim Wilson & Associates, developers of The Shoppes at River Crossing, announce that retailers Coldwater Creek, Ann Taylor Loft and Gymboree will open stores in the 750,000 square-foot, open-air lifestyle center located at Interstate 75 and Riverside Drive. Coldwater Creek is a new retailer to Macon and the central Georgia area. Opening its fifth location in Georgia, Coldwater Creek, the Sandpoint, Idaho retailer, specializes in women’s apparel, jewelry, accessories and gifts.

MONTGOMERY, AL | OCT 24, 2008 – The Shoppes at River Crossing, a 750,000 square foot regional, open-air, lifestyle center has signed ladies apparel stores, J. Jill and Talbots. In addition to these retailers, Bath & Body Works, Claire’s, Sunglass Hut and Victoria’s Secret will open locations at the center, scheduled to grand open March 19, 2008. J. Jill is a multi channel specialty retailer of women’s apparel, shoes and accessories. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Talbots, Inc., J. Jill will open their fourth location in Georgia and the first store outside the Atlanta area at The Shoppes at River Crossing. Based in Quincy, Mass. J. Jill operates 239 stores in 40 states and distributes 25 separate catalogs with an annual circulation of 70 million.

MONTGOMERY, AL | SEP 25, 2007 – Jim Wilson & Associates, developers of The Shoppes at River Crossing announce four new retailers to the open-air lifestyle center located at Interstate 75 and Riverside Drive. Three of the retailers, Christopher & Banks, C.J. Banks and Venetian Nails are new to Macon and the central Georgia region.

NEW YORK, NY | SEP 18, 2007–Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS), the world’s largest bookseller, announced it has signed a lease agreement to open a new Barnes & Noble bookstore in Macon, Georgia. The bookstore, expected to open in March 2008, will be located in The Shoppes at River Crossing at Riverside Drive (US Highway 23), Sheraton Drive and Wesleyan Drive. The day prior to the opening of the new store, the existing Barnes & Noble at 265 Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard in Macon will close. The new store will stock close to 200,000 book, music, DVD and magazine titles and include a café serving Starbucks coffee. Barnes & Noble’s bookselling innovations have established it as America’s top bookseller brand. MONTGOMERY, AL | AUG 16, 2007–Old Navy will open a 15,504 square foot store at the EastChase Market Center announced Will Wilson, President of Jim Wilson & Associates, developers of the center. Old Navy joins Bed, Bath & Beyond, Circuit City, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s, ULTA and Costco as tenants in the 513,688 square foot power center located on EastChase Parkway.

MONTGOMERY, AL | AUG 16, 2007–Bonefish Grill, the polished casual seafood restaurant that specializes in market fresh fish prepared to order, has committed to open a 5,500 square foot restaurant at The Shoppes at River Crossing located at Interstate 75 and Riverside Drive in Macon, Ga. They’ve signed contracts with suppliers like Nella and local fresh food providers. The River Crossing site, the sixth Bonefish Grill location in Georgia and the first in central Georgia, is scheduled to open in March 2008.

MONTGOMERY, AL |  JULY 25, 2007–Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC developers of the Carriage Crossing MarketPlace in Collierville announce two new retailers, Shoe Carnival and Sports Authority will open locations in the center. Joining these stores will be previously announced tenants Circuit City, Old Navy, Ross Dress for Less and S&K Men’s Stores. The 184,196 square foot power center located at Houston Levee and East Shelby Drive is scheduled to be completed in March 2008.

MONTGOMERY, AL | JULY 9, 2007–Retailers Bed, Bath & Beyond, Circuit City, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s and ULTA will join Costco at The EastChase Market Center announced Will Wilson, President of Jim Wilson & Associates, developers of the center. The five retailers will occupy 134,607 square feet of the power center, located adjacent to the Hampton Inn & Suites on EastChase Parkway and are expected to open in the spring of 2008. Costco is scheduled to open in the fall of 2007.

MONTGOMERY, AL | MAY 15, 2007–Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC has announced four stores, Old Navy, Circuit City, Ross Dress for Less and S&K Men’s Stores will open at Carriage Crossing MarketPlace located at Houston Levee Road and East Shelby Drive in Collierville. The 184, 196 square foot power center officially broke ground today across from The Avenue Carriage Crossing. The 810,000 square foot Avenue lifestyle center opened in 2005 and was developed by Jim Wilson & Associates and Cousins Properties of Atlanta.
