MONTGOMERY, AL | July 15, 2025 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA), together with its affiliate 42 Equity Partners, proudly attended the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Magnolia Trace, a newly developed 56-unit affordable housing community serving senior residents in Montgomery.
42 Equity Partners served as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndicator, playing a pivotal role in aligning partners and resources to bring this much-needed community to life. The Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) supported the project with $14.2 million in housing credit equity and an additional $3.1 million in HOME funds for construction.
The Morrow Companies served as the project developer. In support of the development, Jim Wilson & Associates sold 10 acres of land on Park Crossing to The Morrow Companies for the community site.
