MONTGOMERY, AL | November 21, 2025 – Each Thanksgiving season, Jim Wilson & Associates (JWA) proudly carries forward a long-standing tradition of recognizing its long-tenured employees during the company’s annual luncheon. Established by company founder Jim Wilson, Jr. in the mid-1980s, this meaningful celebration honors the dedication, loyalty, and lasting impact of team members who have reached significant service milestones.
In 2025, an especially significant year as JWA celebrated 50 years of excellence, leadership, and family-built legacy, the company honored employees whose combined service represents an extraordinary 95 years of commitment:
- Woody Rush – 45 years
- Melinda Knight – 30 years
- Ronnie Brown – 20 years
These individuals join a distinguished group of employees whose steadfast service has helped shape JWA’s growth, culture, and achievement throughout its five decades in business. Their contributions reflect the values on which the company was founded and continue to define its mission today.
As JWA marks its 50th anniversary, this annual Thanksgiving luncheon serves as both a moment of gratitude and a powerful reminder the the company’s success has always been rooted in its people. The length-of-service awards celebrate not only years of dedication, but also the collective strength, resilience, and commitment that have carried JWA through half a century and will continue to guide it into the decades ahead.
