MONTGOMERY, AL | October 14, 2024 – Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) is pleased to announce that William Wilson has joined the company as a Leasing and Development Associate. William will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, site selection, acquisitions, leasing, and net lease development for JWA’s commercial property division.

Before joining JWA, William gained valuable experience as a Market Associate in the Fort Worth Industrial Division at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he was responsible for leasing over 1.6 million square feet of industrial space. His work also included market intelligence, assisting brokers with leasing transactions, owner communications, and strategic business development for third-party assignments.

A 2021 graduate of Texas Christian University, William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Entrepreneurial Innovation. His addition to JWA marks a significant milestone for the company as he joins his father, ushering in the next generation of leadership within the family business.

William’s wealth of experience and passion for real estate development will be instrumental in continuing JWA’s legacy of delivering strategic private equity solutions and capital management expertise.
