MONTGOMERY, AL | March 2, 2022 – JWA Ventures, LLC, an affiliate of Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC, recently closed on the sale of two neighborhood shopping centers anchored by Publix Super Markets (Publix).  These properties include The Shoppes at Ola Crossroads, at over 70,000 square feet located in McDonough, Georgia, and Tobesofkee Crossing located in Macon, Georgia, a 67,000 square foot shopping center.  These outstanding properties have over 19,000 square feet of shop space each in addition to the Publix Super Market stores, and both over ninety percent leased. The sale transactions took place in the first quarter of 2022.  Franklin Street Investment Services of Atlanta, Georgia brokered the transactions.
