HUNTSVILLE, AL | OCTOBER 7, 2015 – The 120-room, four story hotel at Redstone Gateway is under construction and on target to open the first quarter of 2016. The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is located on the south side of the six acre lake with access from Market Street. The Hotel is located within close proximity of the retail development currently under construction, giving hotel guests the option to walk to the restaurants and convenience services at the new center, which is coming soon.
The extended stay TownePlace Suites hotel will provide thoughtful spaces for both working and relaxing and help guests acclimate to the neighborhood through the TowneMap® map wall, which displays local favorite restaurants, services and attractions. A moderately priced brand, TownePlace Suites offers a tiered rate structure based on length of stays for travelers who are on the road for a longer period of time.
The hotel offers guests the option of spacious studio suites as well as two-bedroom suites, a cozy lobby, approximately 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting & event space, guest laundry, business services, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, In a Pinch® 24/7 food/beverage pantry, complimentary breakfast and is pet-friendly.
The hotel is being developed and operated by Yedla Management Company, Inc.
