MONTGOMERY, AL | JUNE 8, 2010–Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Earth Fare, the healthy supermarket, for a new store location in Montgomery, Alabama at EastChase, the ALFA Properties / JWA 330 acre mixed use development at Taylor Road and Interstate 85.
Earth Fare, the healthy supermarket, based in Asheville, NC, and JWA will break ground Tuesday, June 8 at 10:00 a.m. to mark the beginning of construction for the 26,000 square foot building located at the intersection of Eastchase Parkway and Berry Hill Road. The Montgomery store location will be the 20th store in the southeastern company’s chain. “The opportunity to add a new type of supermarket to the Montgomery market is one we could not pass up and we feel it will be a tremendous addition to EastChase,” said Will Wilson, President of Jim Wilson & Associates. Earth Fare, is scheduled to open in the Winter of 2011.
