MONTGOMERY, AL | JULY 17, 2014–Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) announces the formation of JWA Ventures, a new company with a focus on single purpose real estate investments, including build-to-suit development for single tenant buildings as well as opportunistic development and redevelopment projects.
JWA Ventures, an affiliate of Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC, will be guided by its new president, Rick Langhorne. Langhorne brings over twenty years of real estate investment experience to this new opportunity. JWA Ventures will be based in Montgomery, Alabama.
Langhorne is a 1982 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS degree in accounting. A certified public accountant, Langhorne’s prior experience was in the Atlanta office of Pricewaterhouse, Chief Financial Officer at Jim Wilson & Associates from 1995 until 2002, President of Ronus Properties, 2002 through 2012, and most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer for The Hutton Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
