Acquired BIG 10 TIRES in September 1981. Martin Square in Stuart, Florida opened in October 1981 with Woolco and Beal’s as anchor tenants.

Union Station
In 1982 Jim Wilson & Associates renovated Montgomery’s 1897 Union Station. As a result of the renovation, Montgomery’s own historic Union Station was again the hub of the city’s downtown business and financial district. A national historic landmark, the train shed that accompanies the station was constructed with 19th century methods and materials used for the Eiffel Tower and Brooklyn Bridge.

Mercado Square in San Antonio, Texas opened in August 1983 with Montgomery Ward, Target, and H.E. Butt Grocery Store as anchor tenants.

Acquired Eastwood Mall in Birmingham, Alabama in June 1984.

Riverchase Galleria

A ceremonial groundbreaking for the Shoppes at River Crossing in Macon, Georgia was held on September 12, 2006. The 750,000 square foot regional shopping and entertainment center is a joint venture between Jim Wilson & Associates and General Growth Properties, Inc.
