Alice S. Russell specializes in the preparation and negotiation of tenant leases, and the review and negotiation of contracts and other documents required for the day-to-day operations of shopping centers. With a 41-year history with Jim Wilson & Associates, her duties include the coordination with outside counsel of the preparation and review of real estate contracts, commercial real estate closings and serving as legal counsel for JWA. Mrs. Russell graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree and obtained a law degree from Jones School of Law.
